Golden Bupristid Beetle

- Vegetation on siding
Carpenter Ant
Inspections are Absolutely Necessary For Older Homes!
As homes age, they become susceptible to wood destroying pests. Damp wood and wet wood is an ideal place to find insects and wood rot. Even New Homes Should be Inspected for:
- Plumbing leaks
- Wood scraps left in crawlspace and porch areas
- Water filled depressions
- Decorative bark to close to siding
- Improper display of moisture barrier
By law, anyone inspecting for pests, their signs, or conducive conditions, must be licensed by the Washinton State Department of Agriculture (WSDA)
As pest inspectors, we report on conditions present at the time of the inspection; we cannot predict future infestations, nor can we see through walls or floors.
